Birmingham Business School, part of the University of Birmingham, has been delivering business education since 1902, originally through the Faculty of Commerce, making it the oldest business school in the UK. It holds triple accreditation from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS, a distinction achieved by only a small number of schools worldwide.

Birmingham Business School provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to support international students academically, professionally, and personally throughout their studies.
- International Student Team (IST): Offers expert guidance on visas, immigration, right to study, and extending student visas. The IST operates from the Aston Webb Student Hub and provides both in‑person and online support.
- International Students Advisory Service: Dedicated advisers help with queries relating to immigration, healthcare, finance, working in the UK, and personal or academic support. All services are free of charge.

- The Business School has its own dedicated careers service, offering tailored advice for CVs, applications, and interviews.
- International students can access global job boards through platforms such as Student Circus, which lists visa‑sponsored opportunities across regions including Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania.

Accommodation
International students are guaranteed a place in University of Birmingham accommodation for at least their first year of study. It may be possible for students to stay in University of Birmingham accommodation for the whole of their time in the UK if they wish.

Birmingham is a major European city, and home to some spectacular Victorian and contemporary architecture as well as venues for art, music, theatre and sport, excellent nightlife, great shopping and eating, including the world famous Bullring Centre. The city also benefits from being surrounded by beautiful countryside.
