Overview
Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa has turned the ambitions of many aspiring culinary professionals into reality. It was founded in Paris in 1895 and is regarded as the best and most extensive network of hospitality and culinary schools in the world, with 35 institutes in almost 20 countries.
Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa provides training to around 20,000 international students every year. Programs offered by the institute include the cuisine diploma in professional immersion, patisserie diploma, bachelor of business in hospitality and restaurants, wine and management diploma (10 months), and diploma in culinary management (3 months). Many short courses are also available.
The Grand Diplôme Program specifically is at the core of the curriculum, and is considered to be the most intensive and comprehensive training in classic French cuisine and pastry techniques available in the world.
Almost 79% of Le Cordon Bleu graduates work at reputed positions in various hospitality and culinary arts positions.

The Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa campus has a vast library and services provided to students include support and advice on study permits, accommodation, healthcare and living in Ottawa.
Accommodation
Students will need to arrange their own accommodation, but the College will assist students with finding a suitable place to live and have partnerships with local providers, helping ease the process.
