Overview
Middlesex University Dubai is part of Middlesex University, one of the largest universities in the UK. All programmes have the same validation and monitoring system as those offered at the home campus in London, with the same examinations taken simultaneously in both cities. This means students have the benefit of receiving their degree from the UK whilst being able to study in one of the most dynamic, vibrant and rapidly developing cities in the world.
3,000 students from over 100 nationalities are currently enrolled and undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a wide variety of subject areas are offered.
The Dubai campus provides students with the opportunity to transfer their studies to one of our overseas campuses within their second year of study, enabling them to explore a new culture and build overseas contacts whilst benefiting from the same high-quality teaching they would experience here.
Services
Middlesex University Dubai operates a sophisticated support network managed by the International Recruitment and Admissions Office. This department provides comprehensive assistance with UAE student visa sponsorship, health insurance, and pre-departure briefings.
Upon arrival, the Student Office facilitates an extensive induction program, while the Centre for Academic Success (CAS) offers specialised support in academic writing and research skills to assist non-native English speakers in achieving parity with international standards.
Career progression is managed by the Careers and Employability Service, which organises annual career fairs and provides access to the MDX Dubai Job Portal. Furthermore, the Student Experience Team oversees a wide array of extracurricular activities, including the Debating Society and various competitive sports teams.

Middlesex University London is consistently recognised in major international league tables. In the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2026, the university is ranked within the Top 500 institutions globally.
Domestically, Middlesex Dubai has been awarded a 5-star rating by the KHDA Higher Education Classification, reflecting excellence in teaching, employability, and internationalisation.
Accommodation
The university provides premium residential options through its dedicated Middlesex Dubai Student Accommodation, located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The primary residence, The Myriad, is a modern, purpose-built facility offering segregated living environments for male and female students with 24-hour security.
A complimentary, frequent shuttle bus service connects the residences directly to the Knowledge Park campus, ensuring students can commute with ease and punctuality.

Middlesex University Dubai is centrally located in Dubai Knowledge Park (DKP), the region’s premier hub for professional learning and human resource management. This strategic location places the campus adjacent to Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City, offering students unparalleled proximity to global corporate headquarters and networking opportunities.
The campus is exceptionally well-connected to the city's infrastructure; the Knowledge Village Tram Station provides a direct link to the Dubai Metro network. Proximity to the Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) offers students access to a wealth of dining, retail, and leisure activities. For international travel, the campus is approximately 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
