Imperial College London<\/a>\u00a0have been crowned the most International University in the UK following the publication of the Times Higher Education\u00a0Most International Universities in the World for 2018 ranking.<\/p>\n

Vice-President (International) Professor Maggie Dallman said: \u201cWe\u2019re extremely proud to be named the UK\u2019s most international university for the third year in a row. 1. International university partnerships<\/h3>\n

Imperial\u2019s\u00a0International Research Opportunities Programme (IROP) offers students the chance to spend 8 weeks during the summer vacation at an international partner university.<\/p>\n

All partner universities have been chosen for their reputation in science and technology, and currently include some of the world\u2019s top institutions such as MIT, University of California and Seoul National University.<\/p>\n

2. Overseas\u00a0programmes<\/h3>\n

The University\u00a0offer a wide variety of other international programmes,\u00a0including Engineers without Borders, which involves a mixture of hands-on projects and training for students to show them how they can use their engineering skills to help those most in need and Global Brigades, which sees student volunteers travel to Central America and Africa to establish mobile medical clinics in under-resourced communities.<\/p>\n
