{"id":246172,"date":"2026-02-24T09:33:33","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T04:03:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/malaysia\/scholarship\/international-excellence-scholarships-3\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T09:33:33","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T04:03:33","slug":"international-excellence-scholarships-3","status":"publish","type":"scholarship_articles","link":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/malaysia\/study-in-uk\/scholarships\/loughborough\/international-excellence-scholarships\/","title":{"rendered":"International Excellence Scholarships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To reward outstanding academic achievement, we are pleased to be able to offer our Loughborough University International Excellence Scholarships to eligible applicants holding an undergraduate offer of a place with the University.<\/p>\n<p>These prestigious awards are to the value of &pound;3000 and apply to all years of study* (excluding a placement year\/study abroad if taken). *The award will not apply to students re-sitting a year or retaking assessments.<\/p>\n<p>We hope this shows our commitment to encouraging and supporting well qualified international students to study in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Which subject areas offer International Excellence Scholarships?<\/p>\n<p>All of our undergraduate degree courses offer the International Excellence Scholarship, with the exception of our Foundation programmes.<\/p>\n<h4>Eligibility Criteria<\/h4>\n<p>International tuition fee-paying applicants are automatically considered for an International Excellence Scholarship on the basis of their application made through UCAS.<\/p>\n<p>All of our courses will require AAA from three A levels (or equivalent qualification*) with the exception of the following courses, which require A*AA:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>MEng Aeronautical Engineering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>MEng Automotive Engineering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>MEng Mechanical Engineering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>MSci Natural Sciences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>BSc Sport and Exercise Science<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only international tuition fee-paying offer holders selecting Loughborough as their firm (first) choice through UCAS will be eligible for these scholarships. They are also subject to the academic conditions being met in full and taken in one sitting (no resits).
