{"id":247858,"date":"2026-03-25T14:12:16","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T08:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/india\/?p=247858"},"modified":"2026-04-27T09:27:22","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T03:57:22","slug":"great-scholarship-8","status":"publish","type":"scholarship_articles","link":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/india\/study-in-uk\/scholarships\/university-college-london\/great-scholarship\/","title":{"rendered":"GREAT Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The UCL-GREAT Scholarships 2026 are jointly funded by UCL and the British Council to provide financial support to citizens of Nigeria and Pakistan.<\/p>\n<h4>Key information<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Value<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">&pound;10,000 (one year only)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Available to<\/strong>: Prospective students<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Selection criteria<\/strong>: Academic excellence and financial need<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Eligible fee status<\/strong>: Overseas (Residents of Nigeria and Pakistan)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Eligible programmes<\/strong>:&nbsp;Postgraduate taught<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Eligibility<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Candidates must be passport holders and residents of Nigeria or Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must have made an application to study any full-time Master&#8217;s degree in any faculty at UCL in 2026\/27 in order to apply for the scholarship.<\/p>\n<p>Please note you must hold an offer of a place on your chosen Masters at UCL by the scholarship closing date of Thursday 7th May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Distance learning and mod flex courses are not eligible.<\/p>\n<h4>Value, benefits, and duration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">There are 2&nbsp;scholarships available in 2026\/27. 1 for Nigeria and 1 for Pakistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">The value of the scholarship is &pound;10,000<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The&nbsp;<span lang=\"EN\" xml:lang=\"EN\">scholarship&nbsp;will be applied to the recipient&rsquo;s tuition fees<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"EN\" xml:lang=\"EN\">Award recipients are obliged to inform the UCL Student Funding Office immediately of any other funding they are awarded towards their UCL Master&rsquo;s degree studies, before or subsequent to the UCL &ndash; GREAT scholarship.&nbsp;<\/span>The GREAT Scholarship must be used to pay your tuition fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-247858","scholarship_articles","type-scholarship_articles","status-publish","hentry","scholarship_destination-study-in-uk"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/india\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/scholarship_articles\/247858","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/india\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/scholarship_articles"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/india\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/scholarship_articles"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin-dev.com\/india\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=247858"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
