Curtin University Dubai, a branch of Australia's Curtin University, offers international students a globally recognised education in the heart of the United Arab Emirates. To help you get started, the university runs a Freshers’ Week filled with orientation talks and social events.
Academic support is provided through the Library and Learning Commons, which offers workshops on academic writing and research. The Careers and Alumni department works closely with students to help them find internships and part-time jobs. They also host the Curtin Careers Fair, where you can meet potential employers.

Accommodation
International students at Curtin Dubai typically live in dedicated student housing such as The Myriad Dubai or KSK Homes. These residences are located in nearby Academic City and provide a safe, community-focused environment. Students can choose from various room types, including private studios or shared apartments.
Location
The Curtin Dubai campus is situated in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), a specialised hub for higher education. This location provides a peaceful and focused environment for your studies. It is approximately 20 minutes away from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and the city’s famous landmarks by car.
While there is no metro station directly at the campus, the university’s Student Transportation Service provides bus routes across Dubai and Sharjah. Public RTA buses also connect the area to the CenterPoint Metro Station. For shopping and dining, the nearby Dubai Silicon Oasis offers a variety of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.
