You can qualify to enter any Canadian Common Law jurisdiction Law Society&#8217;s bar admissions program by going through just one process. To do this you must either have a <strong>Canadian Civil Law degree<\/strong> or a <strong>Common Law legal qualification<\/strong> from another country.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are thinking of completing a law degree overseas you should understand the process of becoming a Canadian lawyer and <strong>accrediting a foreign Law degree<\/strong> when you return to Canada, before you go abroad.
