Overview
École Ducasse is a world-famous school for culinary and pastry arts founded in 1999 by the iconic chef Alain Ducasse. The institution is known for its high standards and focus on practical learning, helping students become leaders in the food and hospitality industry. It currently welcomes over 1,500 students and 1,400 professional learners across its global network.
The school operates two main campuses in France: the Paris Campus in Meudon and the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP) in Yssingeaux. The Paris Campus, which opened in 2020, is a modern 5,000 m² facility with high-tech kitchens and laboratories. École Ducasse offers a variety of programs, including three-year Bachelor’s degrees, intensive courses for career changers, and professional development for experts. The teaching style combines traditional French techniques with modern innovation, often featuring masterclasses from world-class chefs and industry experts.
Services

École Ducasse is recognised as a global leader in culinary education. It has been named the "World’s Best Culinary Training Institution" and "Europe’s Best Culinary Training Institution" for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025) at the World Culinary Awards.
Accommodation
The school helps students find a place to live near its campuses through partnerships and dedicated housing platforms. While the school does not have its own dorms at the Paris Campus, there are many private residences nearby that offer modern, furnished rooms.
Location
The Paris Campus is located in Meudon, a quiet and green area just outside the centre of Paris. This location gives students a calm environment for study while remaining very close to the world’s gastronomic capital. The campus is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to visit famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and various Michelin-starred restaurants in the city centre.
